Quality Policy – Technical Service

Our company, Power Silens, is dedicated to manufacturing and marketing medical products for medicinal use.
Our objective is to achieve customer satisfaction by offering safe, reliable products that comply with current quality standards and by providing excellent service. In doing so, we aim for the continuous growth and development of both the company and its members.

In the technical service department, our mission is the complete resolution of problems that arise at our clients’ facilities, in the shortest possible time. We are committed to ensuring 100% functionality of the equipment during the warranty period, addressing all inquiries, complaints, and suggestions, in order to satisfy our customers and distributors. Additionally, our goal is to provide solutions nationwide through our official technicians, keeping them updated on implemented improvements and providing them with support at all times. Our central technical service department is located at our production plant.

The technical service quality policy includes the allocation of resources to:

• Evaluate the needs and satisfaction levels of our customers.
• Innovate in the application of new tools and technologies, using them to improve post-sales service channels.
• Keep our technicians trained to meet customer needs quickly and accurately, while building a database with the service history of each serial number.
• Develop instructional and explanatory materials that help customers resolve simple issues without needing technician intervention, reducing costs and downtime.
• Select and evaluate the technicians who are part of our national technical service network, based on their experience, quality of service, and performance.

It is the responsibility of General Management to ensure that this policy is communicated to all staff members, so that it is understood and accepted by them, and to review it regularly for continuous improvement.
