In the technical service sector, our mission is the complete resolution of problems caused in our clients’ facilities in the shortest possible time. It is our commitment to guarantee 100% functionality of the equipment within the warranty period, attending to all queries, complaints, and suggestions to satisfy our customers and distributors. Likewise, our objective is to provide solutions throughout the country through our official technicians, keeping them updated on the improvements implemented and offering support at all times.

The technical service quality policy includes the allocation of resources to:

  • Assess the needs and satisfaction level of our clients.
  • Innovate in the application of new tools and technologies to improve after-sales service channels.
  • Keep our technicians trained to quickly and accurately address the needs of our customers by creating a database with the history of each serial number.
  • Develop educational and explanatory material on how to solve easily resolvable problems by customers without the need for a technician, reducing costs and time.
  • Select and evaluate the technicians who are part of our national technical service network based on their track record, quality of service, and services provided.

 

We offer 12 months warranty with the possibility to extend it for an additional 6 months at no extra charge by completing the following form.
